Installation

Temporary buildings need to be erected and their installation requires a team of highly experienced professionals who will install and erect the temporary warehousing, temporary storage , temporary buildings or temporary structures of all shapes and sizes, but at the same time we are sure you would want to have an understanding of the process.

Following specification down to how long it will take us to get to site, we pick the equipment from our own storage facilities and using large 7.5 or 16 tonne lorries (Mercedes or Daff) the components parts of the temporary building are loaded, often at early as 5am in the morning!

On arriving at site your project manager with check all is as expected and begin to measure out the site to enable “base plates” to be positioned exactly and anchored with steel pins, raw bolts or an industrial glue fixing.

These dimensions are measured accurately by 3.4.5 triangle to get the triangular measurement of the temporary building, warehouse, structure or storage facility to ensure the square is right. (it may interest you to know that the theory of Pythagoras is used)

With the base plates in place for the temporary building we assemble the frame on the ground and use a telescopic forklift truck to “pull” (what is referred to as) the portal frame up and “lock off” with intermediate purlings to secure the frame.

The temporary warehouse or building is now beginning to look like a structure and there remains 2 main elements for us to construct your temporary structure - steel wall cladding and the roof.

The steel wall cladding, including space for access, doors etc. is fixed/attached with secure fixings to the side of the structure and we are now able as part of this clever design to pull the PVC covers through the channelling of the structure to cover the roofs. A waterproof temporary warehouse, structure, building, storage facility.

Accessories such as doors, heating and lighting can then be installed and services such as drainage can now be connected.
